Yes, we always start the project with a design that has been agreed with our customers. Our design work tends to be more empiricle rather than just on paper. This ensures that the customer can visualize better the results for functionality and style.

Our approach to project management is based on transparency and communication. We will work either on a time & materials or on a fixed price basis.

• Time & Materials: this is where customers pay for the hours worked and the cost of the materials involved. This approach allows maximum flexibility so that a project can evolve as the work develops and is perfect for renovations that have some significant unknowns.
• Fixed Price: this is where we provide a fixed quote for the work including labor and materials. This approach is best when the project is well scoped and documented, and there is limited flexibility required.

For either approach we work closely with our customers to ensure that the project is completed quickly and on budget.
